I
began my career in Real Estate in 1979. While working for the Greyhound
Corporation a friend of mine, whom of which was a Director with
the Greyhound Corporation bought an ERA Franchise and several of
our friends "hung" our licenses and "hit the road"
running. Oh yes, those were the days; 18% Home Interest Rates, the
Creation of "Creative Financing" (because no one could
sell their homes with an interest rate of 18% +) enabling us Fortunate
Realtors to sell a house "once and a while", learning
to do Comps (Comparable Sales Data) out of books (yes books that
were printed quarterly and about the size of phone books) and oh
yes, the Lock Box (Key Safe) keys that were ALL THE SAME and looked
like a bicycle lock with only a registration number embossed on
the edge (yes that's right, no means to find out who had been in
your listed property from day to day) and loaned to colleagues that
didn't have one.......Real Estate was always a comfort to have as
a "back up career" and was the reason I kept my license
in force after entering the Equipment Business in 1982. I became
a VP of Sales for a National Equipment company in 1982 and formed
my own company in 1984 (Wardlaw Equipment Consultants which is still
in operation today). As many businesses, our equipment company experienced
a tremendous slowing after "9/11". This time in business
revived my desire to focus more on Real Estate Sales and therefore
prompted my decision to choose a reputable Real Estate company to
redevelop my Real Estate involvement. I began seeking a Real Estate
company which shared my views, goals, ideas and professionalism
in serving the Tucson Real Estate market which led me to join the
staff at Tierra Antigua Realty. My real estate rejuvenation has
been very satisfying and rewarding as our Real Estate "family"
has grown to a level of great camaraderie and service to our clients
and each other as we build another reputable Real Estate company
proud to serve the Tucson market. My experience is in Residential
and Commercial Sales with a 20 year National and International experience
in servicing a wide variety of requests from the "common to
the unique" tastes of clients which desire and deserve "individualism"
in service. No Real Estate need is too small or large for the service
I gladly offer to all.

and wife of 25 years (Debi) and am blessed to be the Father of (3)
wonderful children Justin, Chad and Shelby. My interests include
Private Aviation, Collector Cars, Playing the
Guitar and trying to beat all three of my kids in Golf..........
