I began my Real Estate career in 1979. I was employed with the Greyhound Corporation and a friend/colleague of mine purchased an ERA franchise which allowed me to hang my license and hit the ground running. 

Real Estate was always a comfort to have as a back up career and was the reason I kept my license in force after entering the Equipment Business in 1982.

I became a VP of Sales for a National Equipment company in 1982 and then resigned and formed my own company in 1984, Wardlaw Equipment Consultants, which is still in operation today.

When our equipment company experienced a tremendous slowing after 9/11, I decided it was time to diversify my time in business which sparked my desire to focus on Real Estate Sales. This prompted my decision to choose a reputable Real Estate company in order to redevelop my Real Estate involvement.

I spent 14 years serving the Tucson/Phoenix Real Estate market with a reputable company that shared my views, goals, ideas and professionalism. After those years I relocated to Phoenix and have since spent the last 10 years primarily serving the Phoenix Real Estate market with Leading Edge Realty, LLC.

My Real Estate rejuvenation has been very rewarding as our Real Estate "family" has great camaraderie and great service to our clients and each other as we strengthen our Industry in serving the Phoenix and Tucson markets.

Having experience with National and International Markets has provided a great comfort level when dealing with clients from abroad and addressing the common or unique requests given, regardless of the property selected.

My goal is to make every transaction comfortable and simplified for my clients to the best of my ability.

My interests include primarily spending time with my wife, my 3 wonderful children and their spouses, and watching our grandson grow. I also enjoy private aviation, collector cars, hunting/fishing, playing the guitar and trying to beat all three of my kids in golf!
